What is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer currency which allow payments to be sent directly to another person without the need for an intermediate party such as a bank.
Why would you use Bitcoin to deposit at Switch Poker?
If you do not have a Skrill (Moneybookers) or Neteller account you may find it easier to deposit and withdraw using Bitcoin. Whereas Skrill & Neteller are only available in some countries, Bitcoin can be used from any country in the world.

- Enter the amount that you would like to deposit
- You will be directed to a BITCOIN 24/7 website. If you have a BITCOIN 24/7 account you can log in and make the payment. Alternatively you should send your Bitcoin payment to the address shown.
Your Bitcoins will appear in your Switch Poker account as soon as we receive them. This usually takes about 1 hour.

Hi, I have two questions.
When I deposit bitcoins will you change them to euros at the current exchange rate and show a euro balance on my account or will the balance stay in bitcoins.
Also will I be able to withdraw from my account using bitcoins.

You will have a Bitcoin balance. When you deposit the Bitcoins are added to your account in Bitcoins. You can then convert them to Euro at the current exchange rate so that you can bring them to a table to play with.
You can also convert Euro to Bitcoin in your account page and you can withdraw using Bitcoin.
This is the best choice!

How do I know what rate you are using for conversion?
The conversion rate used is based on the current trading price of BTC/EUR. You are shown the amount of EUR or BTC that you will receive before making a conversion so you can see exactly the rate that you are getting.
